An “A” Surrounded by a Circle, 2009
Paper, MDF, photo, wood, plaster, spray-paint, acrylic glass
70 x 189 x 240 cm

An “A” Surrounded by a Circle, 2009 is a sculptural narrative, consisting of a supporting structure resembling the shape of a five-pointed star on which text, images and objects are placed. These elements are parts of a narrative about an artist who tries to reinterpret  anarchist symbols merely as geometric shapes, to be able to use them without becoming an artist serving the ends of anarchism.
